Untangle yourself from everything that does not serve you: old beliefs, imposed norms and mechanisms, reactions and thoughts that block you …. it really is possible. I have gone through and am going through this change, and so have dozens of my clients.

Such an encounter is first and foremost ‘your way’, and my work, founded on certified knowledge, ethics and experience, is about making you feel safe, without crossing boundaries.

I do not diagnose, I do not ‘cure’.

I promise nothing, except that I will make every effort to help you, to implement change.

This is why an initial meeting is required, so that we both have agreement on whether we can work together.

Pierwsze spotkanie / the first sitting / první setkání

It is introductory to the subject, the methodology. We get to know each other, each other’s vibration, how we feel about each other in this conversation, I explain the methods I work with, you present me with your need/theme.

I really recommend to make sure you find a quiet place, without distractions/other noises, alone. With a good microphone and necessarily a camera – if you are working online.

Minimum 60 minutes

It’s a good idea to provide yourself with something to write on and a notepad, prepare your favourite beverage, a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

4 sesje to norma / the magic 4 / optimálně 4 sezení

You do not have to commit to a 5-year cooperation 🙂 Buying one session is possible, but I don’t usually practice this – why? Because the changes we are working on don’t happen only during the session, it’s a process we often start during the session, the avalanche of changes is active all the time – it doesn’t end when the meeting ends. Therefore, if you know that you want to work, I recommend a package of 4 meetings.

You are given tasks, tools, you tell me about progress/changes/experiences. Don’t treat it as a chore, or homework-as in school-I have to because ‘it’s been given’. This is for you. It’s a really important part of consciously working on yourself-believe me, this healthy habit will stay with you forever!

I guide you throughout the meeting, we won’t do anything for which there is no readiness.
You maintain your awareness and decision-making throughout the meeting. Mutual trust is important, but trust in yourself is most important. In consciousness, you are in dialogue with the unconscious.

Pamiętaj o swoich prawach

1. You have the right to be apprehensive, to take things with reserve – this is a completely natural reaction that we can deal with. That’s also why we have our first meeting-before we start the work-to answer the question of whether I’m ready to open up, in front of the other person, and take on this work in sincerity.

2. You have the right to say ‘Stop’. You don’t have to continue working together, or answer a question you don’t want to answer, you can refuse to work on a problem. I work in conditions of safety, understanding and honesty and it is my job to make sure these conditions are met.

3. You have the right to talk about anything you want to work with. There are no subjects here, no forbidden, taboo subjects. I do not ‘judge’, I do not interpret, I do not make judgements, opinions or diagnoses. My role is to listen and hear, to guide you in the process and to ‘hold your hand’ in all that it brings.

4. you have the right to show emotion without being judged. Whatever comes. If laughter, anger or tears come, in our sessions you have that space to express it, without hearing the sentences: ‘don’t exaggerate, you’re making it up, it’s not that bad, you can handle it, everyone’s been through it so you have to too, in a year you’ll forget, what did I tell you?’.

5. you have the right to ask. Always, at any point in the session, ask any question you need to ask- there are no stupid questions. I will also ask.

6. You have the right to confidentiality and protection of your information. No information about you, what happens during the session or any of your personal information is made public and never will be. I work in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

Mity o konsultacjach ...

Myth 1: We have to suffer in order to heal.

That’s not true, we don’t have to, that’s what techniques like EFT among others are for, to release without pain, without reliving traumas and pain. Any good coach or psychologist will not leave you with an ‘open burning problem.

Myth 2: I need to open this ‘pandora’s box’.

I am afraid that I will then fall apart. And no one will put me back together then. Not true! You don’t have to do anything and REMEMBER: no one is allowed to do that. So if you get such an instruction from any coach/therapist- rather thank them for their cooperation. Everything we work on comes from readiness, and is a process founded on safety and empathy. You do not at all have to heal everything’ to feel a change in your life. Often, in fact, many painful aspects themselves ‘go away’ when we heal another problem.

Myth 3. ‘My method will cure everything: depression, parenting problems with children, relationship with partner, illness’.

If you see such declarations – run away from such a ‘professional’. Although I believe very much in the non-duality of the world, and that everything that happens to us in life and what relationships we have with others is all connected in what resonates within us. But, the complexity of our lives is huge. I often refer my clients to a psychiatric counsellor, their paediatrician, or a child psychologist. Because no one has a prescription for ‘all the issues’ and they need to be sought in the places called for.

Myth 4 This work must take years to see results

Sometimes it can, but it doesn’t have to. I myself have been through many therapies (Gestalt, behavioural, cognitive, Hellinger, body soul fusion, hypnotherapy, many coaching sessions, mother wound work therapy). Really, sometimes it took me two meetings to start some of the biggest changes in my life. Believe me, there have been a couple of times when I have started in my life so called from scratch. You don’t have to set yourself up for a long process or be afraid of a revolution. I can’t guarantee success, but when you allow yourself to open up to the process, changes can occur surprisingly quickly.

Myth 5: ‘I’m in such chaos, I have so many problems that no one can help me anymore’.

You have so many dreams, problems, desires for change, unfulfilled needs, unhealed wounds, habits etc…on your list that it’s not possible, after all, that someone is able to help untangle it? I know the feeling, and I know many clients who exemplify that it is always possible to change something – no matter how muddled and entangled it seems. Just try it and see for yourself.

Myth 6. Coaching or therapy is for people who only have ‘serious problems’ with themselves.

Not true. ‘I just want to change my career, develop myself, have a good life”-you say … And great, I can help you accelerate this process, help you clear your path to success-whatever you define it as.

Myth 7. EFT tapping is some kind of hocus pocus, out of esotericism, nobody knows if it works….

Not true. Many people, including conventional medical practitioners, use this melody all over the world. There are already many scientific publications available on this subject. However, it is best to simply experience it for yourself. Experience the magic of your own body and its energy. Personally, I am in love with EFT, my 4 year old son also knows this method, which helps in the daily life of our whole family.
