unravel me therapy

I have been a lecturer and employee development expert for 16 years and have been working individually with others for 6 years. In the corporate world I have been involved in strategic human resource management and development.

I am a social psychologist, a certified EFT therapist and a student of the Passionate Inquiry method.

Additionally, using the teachings of total biology, trauma work, I help others find their way through the chaos of life so that they can create harmony within themselves, their families, and become a supportive parent – begin to love themselves anew, and through healing their inner child, also heal intimacy with their children.

When we discover the light within ourselves, we are able to pass this light on to our children so that they can cultivate their own light – helping others in this way is my way of transforming this world.

why "unravel"

Years of searching for answers, exploring various philosophies, religious and spiritual, including sociological and psychological thought, learning about quantum physics, epigenetics, Germanic medicine… opened me to the most important path in my life: the path that is about 20 centimeters long … from the head to the heart. It was the longest one in my life span.

The biggest catalyst that has intensified this change was the arrival of Oliver, my greatest, humble teacher.

Change is possible, I know it because I experienced it, I learned to help myself, and today I want to help others. If you are a parent, you have a great opportunity to open up to this process like no one else!

it is not about “fixing, forcing or re-labelling” your experiences, your definitions, your life “construct” but about re discovering what you already are by unravelling that treasure.

We can always “untangle” everything we open ourselves to, and the most beautiful thing about it is that we already have all the answers within us.
A properly asked question energetically opens up an ocean of possibilities.
